DUMPING AND FLY TIPPING IN AND AROUND TALA - JULY 2015

Further to the various emails and posting re dumping, photos below taken in countryside around Tala - note the use of Tala Council blue refuse bags which someone has paid Tala Council for and which Tala Council would have collected had they had a phone call!   Could they have been dumped by your gardener?

And these bags were dumped at 1230 on Saturday 1 August in a layby in a residential area of Stephanie - all full of cuttings from palm trees.  Again these are Tala Council bags which someone has paid for - thrown out of the back of a transit van.  If you are giving your gardener Tala Council bags do you know what he is doing with them, particularly if you are not here?

And perhaps you have seen what has been dumped at a recycling area in Kamares?  Garden waste, old furniture, mattresses.  All this has then to be separated into type by the already stretched council employees before it can be removed - and as soon as they clear one load, another appears.  This is an area not visible from the road so the dumping is probably only by those in the Kamares area or their gardeners or those employed to take the rubbish away.  Do you recognise any of the furniture items?
