Please note that there is an email circulating purporting to be from Primetel advising that 'an attempt was made on your account from [country] and that if you are unaware of such activity, you should click on the link on the email to protect your details and stay safe'. The email includes the Primetel logo.
Primetel have advised that this is a scam. At no time will they ever ask you to insert or verify personal information through an email or via any website.
If you are unsure as to the legitimacy of any emails received, please check by separate means [ie do not reply to the questionable message].
