Spotted in a garden near to the football stadium in Tala, a small Fillipino gentleman in smart/casual clothing, wandering around the garden of an unoccupied property. As soon as he realised he was being watched, he quickly left. This was around 8.30pm/9pm last night.
Please be vigilant - if you spot this gentleman, can you please see if he has any transport and get a description of that transport and a registration number.
