Tala Council have just been advised that the tender is not yet ready for issue due to volume of work. It appears that the Government Dept has over 200 projects out to tender and they will not issue any more until those already in the process have moved on to the next stage.
It is hoped that Tala Square Phase 2 will be included in the next batch. As a result, start date for the works is likely to be pushed back until late in the first quarter of 2018 but no exact dates can be given at the present time.
