Sad to report there was a break-in on Wednesday night [16 December] at a house in the lower Stephanie area, south of the Kiosk.
Photos of the actual or similar items follows after the list in the hope that someone may find an item or see it for sale somewhere. The thieves emptied a body shop make up bag, presumably to put the jewellery into it - a picture of the identical make up bag is also included as this may well be discarded.
A vehicle was seen parked up in the area on the night in question with 4 youths inside and details of the vehicle have been passed to the Police. If you see any suspicious vehicle in your area, please take a note of the registration number and a description of the vehicle. Photos of any suspicious individuals are also useful to the Police. There are a lot of burglaries across the island at the moment so please be vigilant.
