The fight in Paphos province to support Nikoleta Chrysanthos, who is awaiting the happy news at a hospital in Germany to find a compatible bone marrow donor, continues.
After his pan-provincial bike tour to collect contributions for the 24-year-old girl, PASYKAF volunteer cyclist Petros Stylianou continued today the love routes for the fellow man, in the community of Talas.
On behalf of the residents of the community, the president of the Community Council, Areti Pieridou, made her own contribution to Nikoleta who is fighting for her life. The personal contribution of the Archbishop of Cyprus for this good cause was particularly important.
The event in Tala also included a picnic by the children of the Community Primary School after Sunday's church service, who held cardboard red hearts with wishes and invitations to support Nikoleta.
Both the community leader Talas and Petros Stylianou in their statements stressed the need for each one to be involved in this sacred effort to give hope to a new fellow human being, who has long been fighting for her life, with optimism, heart and smile.
